Jennie Wheat

  Services for Mrs. Jennie Wheat, 101, formerly of the Mabank-Eustace area, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday at the Eubank Funeral Home Chapel in Mabank with the Rev. Sammy Shaw officiating.
  Burial will be in the Oaklawn Cemetery in Mabank.
  Mrs. Wheat died Friday in an Athens hospital after a lengthy illness.
  She was born Nov. 18, 1885 in Milam County Texas.  She was a member of the Concord Baptist Church and was a retired housewife.
  She is survived by five daughters, Grace Spence of Mabank, Dorothy Telford of Kingsville, Edith Evans of Houston, Kathryn Busby of Chandler and Rubicate Warren of Alexandria, La.; 15 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
  Pallbearers will be Fred Spence Jr., Roy Busby, Jr., Arthur Evans, Tim Evans, Bruce Walding and Leon Wakefield.
