DEATH OF DR. JOHNSON

The remains of Dr. George Johnson, who died in Dallas Friday, arrived here this afternoon at 1:05 and were met at the station by a number of friends and relatives.  They were taken at once to College Mound and there the funeral was held at 3 o'clock, interment following in the cemetery at that place in the family lot.  Rev. W. H. Wynn of the Baptist church of this place officiated, Dr. Johnson having been a member of that church for a long while.  Dr. Johnson was a former citizen of this county, having moved to Dallas only a short time ago and before moving, resided at Abner, where he has several children residing and many friends who regret to know of his death.
