Note from the Coordinator: Elizabeth "Lizzie" Hardin appears in the Kaufman County census records from 1870-1930 (with the exception of 1920 in which she has not yet been found). Her age given in the census records indicates she was born in Georgia about 1843, not 1801. She did have children born during slavery times.
