   Mineral Wells, Tex., July 31 - A. E. Carlisle, proprieter of the Carlisle House, died here yesterday after a lingering illness, aged 70.  He leaves a widow and two brothers, who, with Rev. J. W. Downs, accompanied the body to Kaufman for burial.
