Stolen Jewelry
The following is a copy of an Incident Report of Terrell City Marshall Keller's Office of in 1902. Apparently thieves stole jewelry from Lycurgus Edward Griffith, Jr. and this is an inventory of those items. It reads:

Stolen from L. E. GRIFFITH, Jr. Co., Terrell, Texas on 13th Inst., an as-
sorted lot of jewelry; 50 or 55 gold and filled Bracelets, assorted sizes, plain and fancy mountings, 100 or 125 assorted gold and filled Scarf pins, about 150 sets
Dress and Beauty Pins in sets of twos and threes, 30 or 40 Bar or Collar pins, 12
or 15 Gold and Filled Tie Clasps, about 10 Scarf Sets, about 75 to 100 assorted
gold and filled emblems and Lodge Pins and Buttons, about 125 Collar Buttons,
about 20 Shirt Stud Sets of threes, 8 or 10 Shirt Studs mounted with Emerald,
Ruby and Opals, about 40 pairs Ear Screw assorted mountings, 12 or 15 Watch
and Lapel Charms, a few solid gold Safety Pins, a few Pearl Cuff Buttons, 10 One
Dollar American Watches, 1 Ingersoll Midget Watch, Gun Metal Case. Reward
offered for recovery of above goods. Notify above firm.
