This picture is from 1917.  These are the Fortners.  These children were born in Kaufman County between 1911-1918.  The baby is my grandfather Willie Robert Fortner and was in the book "Men and Women in WW2 from Kaufman Co."  The Fortners grew up in Kaufman County in Precinct 5- (you can see them on the 1920 census) their father was Crockett Newton Fortner and their mother was Fannie Mays Fortner.
