Comments:R.M. Howell was a Confederate Civil War veteran. In 1880, he and Fanny lived in Hunt County, but later moved near Rand/Egypt and also Prairieville. He had several children by his first wife: Arbelia Virginia, Bealy, Jernigan, Sarah E., Gussie (who is buried next to Fanney), and Charles (who is buried at Fox Cemetery near Rand, TX). It is quite possible he and Fanney had additional children not listed. |
