I copied the record from the Bible in the late 1960s at which time the Bible was in the home of Nina Celeste (Bedinger) Askew of Forney, Texas. She is a granddaughter of John Love Terrell and Celestia William Phillips.

In working with the Terrell family records I have noted differences in the recording of Celestia's name. In this Bible it is written both as Celeste and Celestia; in the Bible of Robert A. and Emily L. Terrell it is written as Celestine. Also, this is one of the few times I have seen her middle name, William, written.
