The State of Texas
County of Kaufman

Know all men by these presents Archibald Hanna of the first part in the State and county aforesaid in consideration of Twenty dollars to me paid by Soloman Fletcher of the second part have granted bargained sold and by these _______
Do grant bargain sell and release unto the said Soloman Fletcher all the within lands herein described as follows.  Situated in Nacogdoches District Kaufman County Texas an the Eastern waters of the Bois "D" arc fork of Trinity known as survey 35 No. of certificate 876 issued May the 9th by J.M. Crockett commissioner of Mercer colony to Meely M. Ballard on a transferred to A. Hanna.  Beginning at a post in prairie the corner of a survey made by A. Hanna Headright and J. Lewis south East corner then S.E. 60 Rods to a post thence East of North.  43 Rods to a post in a area leading to Buffalo Creek from which a hackberry bears North 3 Rod distant thence one West 63 Rod to the place of Beginning being 8 acres.  The said S. Fletcher is to have all within said bounds best more or less - Together with all and singular the rights members here aitainents (?) and appurterrances to have and to hold and singular the premises above mentioned unto the said Solomon Fletcher to his heirs and assigns forever and I Archibald Hana a hereby bind myself my heirs and Executors and administrators to warrant and forever defend all and singular the said premises unto the said S. Fletcher his heirs and assigns against envy (?) person whatsoever claiming lawfully or to claim the ame or any part thereof. Kaufman County}  This day personally appeared before me a notary Public in and forsaid county Mary Jane Hanna the wife of Archibald Hanna and after having the foregoing Deed only read and explained to her separate and apart from her husband she acknowledged that she signed sealed and delivered the same unto Soloman Fletcher. For the purposes therein expressed of her own free will and act and without any compulsion whatever. -
                             In evidence of which I have hereunto set
                        (Seal) my hand and affixed my seal of office Done at Rockwall theis November 6th A.D. 1855.

This day personally appeared before me a Notary Public in and for the said County Archibald Hanna a man well known to me and acknowledged that he signed sealed and delivered the foregoing Deed unto Soloman Fletcher for the purposes therein expressed.
            In evidence of which I have hereunto set my hand
