This indenture made the Twentieth day of November in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and Fifty Two between Archibald Hanna and Jane Hanna his
wife of Kaufman County State of Texas of the one part, and Soloman Fletcher of the other part, witnesseth that the said Archibald Hanna and Jane his wife, for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred and forty dollars to him in hand paid by the said Soloman Fletcher. The receipt where of his hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold conveyed and conferred and doth by these presents grant bargain sell convey and confirms unto the said Solomon Fletcher his heirs and assigns forever a certain tract or parcel of land in the county of Kaufman a froesaid it being a prt of a tract of land. Patented to said Hanna of 251 acres. Beginning at the South East cornier of B.F. Boydston's survey - acres No 72 a post from which
au Elui. Brs North 62. West 194. vavas. Thence South 117 vavas to B.J.T. Lewis survey a post from which au Eliu brs North 44 West 250 vavas. Thence South 45 East 1178 vavas a rock in prairie. Thence East 521 vavas a cluster bois d' arc on branch thence North 950 vavas a post in prairie thence West to the place of Beginning vavas estimated to contain 165 acres be the same more or less. Together with all the apputenances there unto belonging and profit thereof and all the __ title and invst of the said Archibald Hanna and Jane Hanna his wife in and to the same to have and to hold the premises a foresaid with all the appurtenances to the only proper use and behoof

The said Soloman Fletcher his heirs and assigns forever and the said Archibald Hanna and Jane Hanna his wife. For themselves there heirs Executors and administrators doth convenant and agree to and with the said Solomon Fletcher his heirs and assigns that he the said Archibald Hanna and Jane Hanna his wife is lawfully seized in lue of the premises aforesaid that they are free of all incumbrances and that they have good to sell the same in manner and form aforesaid and further that he and his heirs and administrators shall and will warrant and defend the premises aforesaid to the said Soloman Fletcher his heirs and assigns again the lawful claims or claim of all and any other person or persons whatsoever.

Be it remembered that the within married Archibald Hanna and Jane Hanna his wife came this day personally before me James Swish a Notary Public of Collin County and acknowledged that they signed sealed and delivered the within indenture as there act and for the purposes therein specified and set forth and the said Jane Hanna being of full age and being by ____duly exauner__________ separate and apart from her said husband and the contents of aid deed being made known to her declared that she relinquishes all her right and title and dower in and to said Land and ________ in the within indenture set forth and described and that she voluntarily and of her own free will and accord and without any coercion or compulsion of her husband signed sealed deed delivered said indenture as her act and deed for the purposes aforesaid.
