County of Kaufman} Know all men by these presents that J.J.H.B. Jones & Aramenia Jane Jones, of the County and State aforesaid of the first part & Solomon Fletcher of the County and State aforesaid of the Second part - Witnesseth that the said J.H.B. Jones & Armenia J. Jones, for and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred and Twenty dollars to us in hand paid by the Sd. (said) Solomon Fletcher the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold released and conveyed by these presents do grant bargain sell release and convey unto the said Soloman Fletcher the following described tract or parcel of Land lying in Kaufman County in the State of Texas and bounded and described as follows. Beginning at the N.C. corner of John A. Ramsay' 12.80 acres survey a post in prairie from which a lone Cottonwood on branch __ N. 55E 50 vvs. Thence West 1900 8/10 VVs corner post in Prairie on the E line of J.M. Allens 320 acres survey from which a lone Cottonwood an branch brs. S. 10 W. about 1000 vvs Thence North 950 Vavas, corner post in prairie on East line of John Lockharts 320 acre survey from which a lone Cottonwood an branch 18. __ did brs.(borders) S.29.W. about ½ mile Distant. Thence East 1900 8/10 vavas corner post in Prairie. Thence South 900 vavas small Creek course S.E. 950 Vavas to the place of beginning containing 320 acres more or less. Now the said J.H.B. Jones and Armenia J. Jones his wife do hereby relinquish to him the said Soloman Fletcher his heirs and assigns for ever all the right and title in and to said land here before held and possessed by us the 2nd Jones & wife to have and to hold the same from the right and title of any persons claiming through, or, (under), by us forever witness our hands & seals using a scroll for seal this the 10th day of June A.D. 1859

Kaufman County} Before me the undersigned authority this day personally appeared J.H.B. Jones to me well known who acknowledged that he signed sealed executed the within and foregoing deed for the purposes and consideration therein set forth and expressed and also at the same time came A.J. Jones wife of said Jones and after being questioned separately and apart from her said husband acknowledged that she signed sealed executed the within and foregoing deed without any undue influence from her said husband and that she wished not to retract the same (Seal) Given under my hand and seal of office in the town of Rockwall thus 7th day of September 1859.
