County of Kaufman     Know all men by these presents that I Miles B. Jones of Kaufman County State of Texas of first part and Solomon Fletcher of state and county a foresaid of the second part witnesseth that the said Miles B. Jones for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred dollars to him in hand paid by the said Solomon Fletcher receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold aleinoted and conveyed and by these bargained sold aleinoted and conveyed and …. Presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Solomon Fletcher the following described tract or parcel of Land in Kaufman County State of Texas.  Muted and bounded as follows Beginning at the North East Corner of B.F. Boydston survey of 160 acres a post from which a Bois "D" Arc bean (?) South 71 East 5 vavas. Thence West 654 vavas, a post from which a Bois "d" Arc bears South 48 East, 3 vavs. And a Bois "D:" arc bears North 16 East 8 vavas. ____ trees marked X.  Thence South 950 vavas a post from which an ash bears North 26 West 5 vavas and an ash bears East 5 vavas both trees marked X thence East 654 vavas a Red ____ from which a locust bear North 43 East 1 ¾ vavas and a Bois "D" Arc bears South 74 West 8/4 vavas Thence North 900 vavas to the place of beginning estimated to contain 110 acres be the some more or less together with all and singular the rights that I have in and to the same and that of my heirs and legal representations forever unto him the said Solomon Fletcher and his heirs and assigns forever hereby warranting and defending the right to the same ____ this deed of conveyance ____ all respects as the vested in me by Law donating the same ____

Cuonty of Kaufman } Personally appeared before me a Notary Public in and for Kaufman County Miles B. Jones and acknowledged that he signed sealed and delivered the within Deed of conveyance to Solomon Fletcher for the purposes therein expressed.
