These are photos of the post office force of 1903, with all men identified. My great granddad, George L. Gray, was the assistant postmaster. George Laws Gray was born in Kaufman, February 11, 1873. His family moved to Terrell in 1873-1874. His father, John A. W. Gray (1830-1874) is buried in the old Mineral Wells Cemetery. John came to Texas from Tennessee in 1835 with his parents, Pleasant & Hannah Gray, founders of Huntsville. |
