Progress has been made with regards to the Kaufman County cemeteries being helped. Below are the cemeteries that have received Historic Designation from the Texas Historical Commission. Except for the Blackland and Cedar Grove cemeteries, these historic cemeteries have been well maintained; Blackland and Cedar Grove, however, have been neglected and are in need of help to get them cleaned up. Blackland is the worst off and in need of the most care. Please help get this cemetery cleaned up and maintained on a regular basis.
